Rental Process

Check Calendar and send us your details via email
When you're ready, get in touch with us to reserve your dates. Email reservations@summitpointrockhouse.com or Call us 703-906-6225
02.
We will respond with confirmation
We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours to confirm your dates and send you a rental agreement. Your email and phone number enables us to reply.
03.
Signatures exchanged & Payment
Once we have your deposit and signed rental agreement, you are good to go. The rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to your stay. When all is received, you will receive a door code to use during your stay
04.
Wrap up
When your stay is over, and provided you and your pet left the house in good order, we'll return your deposit!
